Exhibition News: Cynthia Cooper, Carole Kunstadt, and Janice La Motta

Please join me in congratulating Cynthia Cooper (Events Committee Chair & Trustee) and Carole Kunstadt (Corporator) on their recent exhibition awards, and Janice La Motta (Corporator) on her upcoming open studio this weekend!

Cynthia is honored to share that her painting "Winged" has won the Dagny Hultgreen Award- Best In Show, in the 104th Annual Bendheim Exhibit of the Greenwich Art Society! The show is both in person until September 9th at the Bendheim Gallery, and also can be seen online at www.greenwichartsociety.org/online-gallery.

Carole’s work PRESSING ON (circular installation) was chosen as a prize winner in the Kingston Annual 2021, the second annual fine arts exhibition and competition. Hosted by Kingston Midtown Arts District (MAD) and Arts Society of Kingston (ASK), the Kingston Annual highlights existing and emerging artists living and working in Kingston and the Mid-Hudson region.

Starting September 4th, works will be exhibited at the ASK galleries at 97 Broadway in Kingston, NY (with COVID-19 protocols in place) and will simultaneously be shown in an online gallery at http://kingstonannual.art/. A closing reception is scheduled for September 26th from 1 - 6 pm.
